Investment Recovery

Bradley has developed a service specifically for Investors whose portfolios have suffered from the bursting of the dot com bubble.

Most Angel investors have seen the value of their investments tumble as the riskier high-tech plays haven’t been borne out by market take-up. This usually leaves the average Angel with worthless equity, which in the majority of cases does not equate to more than one tenth of the value of the original investment.

Bradley believes that most Investors can increase the value of their shareholding by subjecting the failing venture to intense scrutiny on several levels. The goal is to identify any ‘latent’ intellectual property.

The key assumption behind the process is that companies may have intellectual property that is highly applicable to other industries or sectors. In part due to lack of objectivity, or more often, lack of knowledge and understanding on the part of the company, this intellectual property languishes, un-utilized.

Bradley’s goal is to identify key pieces of intellectual property and unlock their value by exploiting them in sectors or industries previously unconsidered. This gives the Investor the opportunity to recover more money than would otherwise have been possible and also to reinvigorate failing ventures.

Thus far Bradley has unlocked millions of dollars in intellectual property and has helped partially recover the investments of several Angel Investors.
